Seeing as I've spent the whole day at work, today's images are from there. I'm employed in the aged care sector, and the place where I currently work is a dementia specific facility. It can be emotionally and physically draining, but more often than not it's filled with hilarity and is very rewarding.

Indeed, a most challenging workplace. My father suffers from early stage dementia and is in a hostel nearby me here.
I like this combination of images from your workplace. Photos don't have to be big and important to work; indeed, some of the more interesting images are those that just tell us more about a life being lived.

It's definitely a job where you learn pretty quickly to get over yourself and not take anything personally.
I was planning on driving around the lake after I finished work, but thought 'why not just find something interesting here?' I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
